Buffalo Memories: Gone But Not Forgotten
By: George Kunz
When Kunz retired from teaching, he got a new career telling his stories on the editorial pages of The Buffalo News, occasionally in the Wall Street Journal. It is comprised of 160 short stories and is an easy, yet memorable read. You can read about the day the falls were shut off, prohibition, the Canadiana, the original DT library, and Crystal Beach. This was one of the first books I owned about Buffalo and helped me realize that researching Buffalo would be my passion!
I give this book 5 out of 5 Buffalos!
